With a master's degree in interior design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and over 20 years of experience, Holly specializes in remodel planning, kitchen design, and interior architecture. Her work has been recognized with awards including Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Best of Franklin, and Franklin's Sizzle Awards, and she serves on the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission.
Dave is a licensed contractor and oversees materials ordering, deliveries, and schedules so each project finishes in a timely manner. His meticulous approach to renovations keeps every detail on track.
